At KAI-WAII, we want you to love what you ordered. Because our products are custom printed on demand just for you, please read our policy carefully.
Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the defective item and your order number. We'll arrange a free reprint or full refund at no cost to you.
Change of Mind As our products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply no longer want the item. Please refer to our size guides before ordering.
Wrong Size Ordered We recommend double-checking our size guide before placing your order. If you ordered the wrong size, we're unable to offer a free exchange, but please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner.
